United Way UK runs a small office based in central London. Our team is small because we work in partnership with others to achieve our big impact. This keeps our own costs as low as possible.
Our CEOs work in a job share arrangement, bringing different skills, interests and views to the charity. We have found job-share working a very positive experience.
