United Way UK – Poised for Growth

United Way UK is delighted to announce that, as of August 2018, Jane Hudson Jones will be leading the organisation as full-time CEO.

Following the departure of Co-CEO Hannah Bellamy earlier this year, Jane Hudson Jones will take over as United Way UK’s full-time CEO. Jane has been with the charity for 2 years as Interim and Co CEO.

Steve Pappas, senior vice president Europe, Costco Wholesale Ltd and Chair of United Way UK’s Board said, ‘United Way UK has made excellent progress in its first 3 years. We have established award-winning partnerships and our impact is increasing each year. We are now poised for growth and the opportunity, with our partners and supporters, to amplify our collective impact. We thank Hannah for her commitment, service and achievements during United Way UK’s start-up phase, and welcome Jane to the team as full-time CEO. We look forward to working in partnership with Jane to achieve our goals and support more communities in need each year.’

Jane and the Board have ambitious goals for the charity, and are committed to delivering continued growth, building on its impact in local communities.

Jane Hudson Jones Biography

Jane has experience across all UK sectors, with several years as a non-profit CEO.  Jane holds MSc Management and a Postgraduate degree in coaching, and is passionate about building high performing teams and growing capability in the voluntary sector through partnership and collaboration.
