Lizzy Buss is a Managing Director at Carne Group, specialising in identifying and creating new client partnerships. Previously, Lizzy served in senior positions at MUFG and State Street.

Lizzy has created cross-company industry events and networks, including an inaugural global employee network, All of Us. Lizzy is an ambassador for the Diversity Project and previously served on the board of Help For Children UK. Lizzy was shortlisted for Most Trailblazing Woman of the Year 2023, Most Inspiring Returner Women in Finance Awards 2019, Women In Investments Awards 2018, and she is featured on the 2&20 Top 100 Most Influential list.

Lizzy holds a BSC (Hons) Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
