Nailesh is an experienced international lawyer whose career has included postings in the UK, Hong Kong, the USA and Canada. He began his career as a lawyer at Linklaters and then later at McDermott, Will and Emery LLP. For the last 15 years he has served as General Counsel at a leading financial institution and then at a major international energy company.

He is also a non-executive Director at the Pension Protection Fund and he was previously a non-executive Director of the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry. Nailesh is a graduate of Oxford University.
